- All returned items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain categories of items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include items such as underwear, earrings, and selected personal products.
- Swimwear items should be tried on over underwear and must be returned with all protective elements intact.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

At this time, Rivage Lane does not offer direct exchanges through the mail.
